Soil Spaces Policy
1. Termination of Membership
Grounds for Action Membership may be suspended or terminated if a member:
- Repeatedly violates coworking space policies.
- Engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
- Fails to respect community standards.
Warning Process
- First violation → Verbal reminder.
- Second violation → Written warning outlining the issue and corrective action required.
- Third violation → Review by management, which may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Immediate Termination In instances of severe misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, theft, illegal activity, deliberate damage to property, or use of the premises in a manner inconsistent with its primary purpose, management reserves the right to terminate membership immediately and without prior notice.
Refunds & Access
- Terminated members will lose access to the space immediately.
- Refunds for unused membership time are at the discretion of management.
- Damage fees: Any damage to Soil Spaces property caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the responsible member.
2. Operating Hours
- Soil Spaces operates from 8:00 am to 10:30 pm.
- Members must exit the premises by closing time unless special permission is granted by management.
3. Membership & Access
- Access is limited to active Soil Spaces members with a valid membership plan.
- Sharing access cards, passes, or QR codes is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are welcome in designated areas only and must be registered at reception upon arrival.
- Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
4. Workspace Use
- Hot desks operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Phone booths cannot be pre-reserved and may be used for a maximum of 2 hours.
- Meeting rooms must be reserved in advance through the Soil Spaces App and vacated promptly at the end of the booking time.
5. Noise & Conduct
- Soil Spaces maintains a quiet and professional work environment.
- Headphones must be used for audio or video meetings.
- Phone calls should be taken in designated phone booths when available.
- Respect the privacy, focus, and workspace of other members.
6. Internet & Equipment
- Soil Spaces' Wi-Fi is exclusively for member use.
- Activities that compromise network security or violate copyright laws are prohibited.
- Shared printers, projectors, and equipment must be used responsibly and left in good condition.
7. Safety & Security
- Report any suspicious behavior or safety concerns to the Soil Spaces team immediately.
- Soil Spaces is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Items found should be placed in the Lost and Found.
8. Kids
- Children are not permitted in work areas unless explicitly approved by management.
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.
9. Content Creation & Shooting Policy
- All photography, videography, and other forms of content creation within Soil Spaces require prior approval from the Soil Spaces management team.
