Who we are?
Beautiful spaces to inspire
Soil Spaces is a design-led workspace platform that blends coworking, serviced offices, and community experiences in one place. We create inspiring environments where entrepreneurs, startups, and enterprises can thrive. Our spaces are more than just offices — they're ecosystems designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and growth.
Why Soil Spaces ?
Workspaces today need to be flexible, inspiring, and human-centered. That's why Soil Spaces is built on three pillars :
Design-led
Every detail, from natural light to ergonomic furniture, is curated to enhance productivity and wellbeing.
Technology driven
With our Soil app, members can book desks, meeting rooms, events, & even coffee in just a few taps.
Community at the core
Networking opportunities, Soil Talks, & shared experiences make Soil Spaces more than a place to work. It’s where ideas grow roots.
Our Story
Soil Spaces was founded on a simple belief: work deserves better. We wanted to move beyond grey cubicles and rigid leases, and instead craft spaces that feel inspiring, adaptable, and alive. From our flagship location in New Cairo's Mivida Business Park, we've grown into a destination for freelancers, founders, enterprises, and investors who share a vision for the future of work.
Our Ecosystem
Soil Spaces is a fully integrated work-life ecosystem combining workspace, hospitality, childcare, events, retail, and content — powered by technology and elevated by design.
Soil Sips
Our in-house café for coffee, bites, and casual connections.
Soil Talks
Events, panels, and digital content that spotlight entrepreneurs and creators.
Work life spaces
Design-led private offices and co-working spaces built for modern teams.
Soil kids
From workshops to wellness activations, we bring balance into the workday.
Future Verticals
From daycare solutions to proptech integrations, our ecosystem evolves with our members’ needs.
Our Community
Soil Spaces is more than an office, it's a lifestyle ecosystem
At Soil Spaces, community is everything. Our members include entrepreneurs, startups, global corporates, and venture capital firms — all sharing one roof, one network, and countless opportunities. Here, you don’t just rent an office; you join a thriving hub that connects you with like-minded people and opens doors to partnerships, investors, and collaborators.
